Cognitive Behavior Therapy: What Toastmasters Need to Know for Improving Public Speaking Skills

This workshop will provide an overview of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and its applications to public speaking. More specifically, the presenter will teach workshop attendees CBT techniques they can use to manage and alleviate speech anxiety.
