Darlene Blanco – Club Quality Chair

I am a Certified Executive in Strategic Leadership with expertise in workforce development and organizational
strategy, leading initiatives that support team growth and empower individuals to thrive. My work includes
building cross-sector partnerships that drive performance, inclusion, and community impact. Within
Toastmasters, I’ve proudly served as Area Director, Division Director, Education Committee Chair, and Club
Mentor.

As Club Quality Committee Chair, my focus is on strengthening our district by expanding and supporting a
dedicated network of Club Mentors. These mentors play a vital role in helping new clubs build strong
foundations, establish effective meeting practices, and foster positive member experience. I will lead efforts to
recruit, equip, and connect experienced Toastmasters with emerging clubs to ensure they receive the guidance
and support needed to grow and succeed.
